**About the Role**
We are seeking a Backend Developer with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing the backend infrastructure of our conversational AI platforms, leveraging your expertise in software engineering, cloud services, and database management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems, contributing significantly to the advancement of our AI-driven solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for various applications within our conversational AI platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing, storage, and retrieval.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in backend development technologies and integrate new techniques into our products.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations during architecture and design discussions.
- Assist in database design, management, and optimization to support backend development.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy and manage backend solutions.
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and performance evaluation results.
**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in backend development and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with backend frameworks and libraries like Flask.
- Solid understanding of database systems, particularly MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deploying backend services in a cloud environment.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
