Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (Backend). The Founding Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of back-end systems. You will collaborate with front-end developers, participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, manage database structures, and ensure the scalability and performance of server-side applications.
Qualifications
Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development in Python
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming
Experience with Front-End Development is beneficial
Ability to design scalable and robust server-side applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience in startup environments is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of LLM integration
