About the Role
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience: 5+ years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex programming, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration, along with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi), and Salesforce Connect.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle including requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admins, QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Develop unit test classes and perform code reviews to ensure best practices.
Document technical design, architecture, and implementation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, Process Builders, and Custom Objects.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) – preferred.
