About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a comprehensive MVP web application aimed at streamlining client onboarding through a responsive user interface and a conversational onboarding flow.
You will also be responsible for creating engaging, web-based game experiences that are client-branded and serve the purpose of end-user data collection. These applications will be developed and hosted on Microsoft Azure, requiring hands-on experience with full-stack development, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and secure deployment practices.
The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver, capable of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools for rapid prototyping while adhering to established development standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a responsive, intuitive front-end using React.js, ensuring cross-device compatibility and optimal performance.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express or NestJS) or other modern backend frameworks.
Implement efficient and secure data management strategies using SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Create templated, customizable, and branded game experiences tailored to individual client needs.
Provision, manage, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
Enforce cloud security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and secure networking.
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) for rapid prototyping and efficiency, with a focus on code accuracy and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and stakeholders, to iterate and improve features quickly.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across both front-end and backend systems, ensuring a smooth and scalable experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development of scalable web applications.
Proficiency in React.js and modern front-end technologies (TypeScript, Next.js is a plus).
Hands-on backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Strong understanding of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, and resource provisioning.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, WindSurf, or OpenAI Codex.
Expertise in API design and microservices architecture (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, MVP-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience in client-facing roles.
