About the Role
Location: Bengaluru/Chennai
Job Summary
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
Skills Required for Working with eLxr and eLxr Pro
To effectively work with eLxr and eLxr Pro, the following skills are beneficial:
1. Linux System Administration
Proficiency in managing Debian-based Linux systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Debian or Ubuntu or Linux / Redhat skills. Should have strong Linux Distribution knowledge, C knowledge is also critical.
2. Embedded Systems Knowledge
Understanding of embedded system architectures and real-time operating system (RTOS) concepts.
Experience with board bring-up and firmware development.
3. Programming and Scripting
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ for system-level development.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.
4. Networking and Security
Familiarity with networking protocols and configurations.
Understanding of security practices, including secure boot processes and system hardening techniques.
5. Virtualization and Containerization
Experience with virtualization technologies and containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.
6. GIT knowledge
