Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. Thus, to ensure success as a CNC Programmer, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised.
This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 45 hours per week. Late evening hours are required in order to have an overlap with the U.S. based team.

Location
Chakan, Pune.

Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and modify 3D models and designs using Rhino and SolidWorks software.
Program CNC machines based on technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines to execute machining tasks such as milling, drilling, and cutting.
Optimize CNC programs to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure quality standards.
Conduct testing and inspection of machined components to verify conformity with specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve design and machining issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines and equipment as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and 3D Designer with proficiency in Rhino and SolidWorks software.
Strong understanding of CNC programming, machining techniques, and 3D modelling principles.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Knowledge of materials, machining processes, and manufacturing principles.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certification or training in CNC programming, 3D designs, or related fields is advantageous.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer and 3D Designer, with demonstrated proficiency in Rhino and SolidWorks software.

Salary
₹ 4 Lacs - ₹ 7 Lacs per annum, negotiable based on experience.
