Key Skills required
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby and lightweight web frameworks like Sinatra.
Work on both the application logic and database layer, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Develop and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
Use Sequel or similar Ruby database libraries for efficient data management.
Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases, especially Oracle.
Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders across time zones.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior team members if needed.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Be a part of a high growth startup to design and build cloud based solutions to meet customers needs and ready to work with a tightly knit team.
Understanding and adopting the current internal development workflow and processes.
Understanding client requirements and arriving on timelines and executing projects, either independently or as a part of a team.
Creating backend modules by building or reutilizing existing modules in a manner so as to provide optimal deliveries on time.
Writing Scalable, maintainable code.
Bug fixing issues as reported by the QA team.
Optimization and performance tuning of code.
