About the role
Join our Customer Growth team, focused on building the tech stack for:
Customer acquisition and retention.
Booking journey, cataloging, and pricing.
Marketing, personalization, and recommendations.
We are looking to grow a team that will be working towards building two new avenues for UC which will significantly impact UCs growth in the next 5 years.
Responsibilities
Develop key features for the Customer booking journey.
Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js, asynchronous architectures, and databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Vector, Redis, etc.).
Scale existing systems to achieve optimal performance, high availability, and reliable observability.
You will be right fit if you have:
2+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
For folks closer to 4+ years - you should also demonstrate strong HLD and LLD skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for going deep into understanding solutions
A drive to build long-term, foundational capabilities from the ground up.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Strong self-management skills.
Experience with GenAI, AR/VR technologies or Async architecture is a plus.
