About the Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-platform mobile app development and be experienced in building high-performance applications for both iOS and Android. As a Flutter Developer, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
App Development: Design and develop advanced applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, identify bugs, and ensure the app's stability and responsiveness.
Version Control: Use Git or other version control systems to manage codebases efficiently.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor app performance and optimize for speed and efficiency.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features quickly.
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and user guides for app functionalities.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (or proven experience with at least 1-2 published apps).
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Dart.
Mobile Development: Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle for both iOS and Android.
API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
State Management: Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
UI/UX: Knowledge of Material Design and Cupertino design principles.
Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Firebase, and cloud services is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Swift).
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of app store submission processes for both Google Play and the App Store.
Familiarity with push notifications, local storage, and in-app purchases.
