About the Role
Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Location: Onsite – Jaipur, India
Experience: 6+ Years
This is an onsite role based in Jaipur, India, where you will be the Sr Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development & Customization
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and optimize workflows, triggers, validation rules, and process automations.
• Manage and enhance custom objects, record types, and page layouts.
• Build and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
2. Integration & API Development
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with middleware tools like Kong API gateway for middleware tool
• Develop custom API endpoints and manage authentication protocols.
3. Data Management & Security
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and security through best practices.
• Implement role-based access control, permission sets, and sharing
rules.
• Perform data migrations and batch processing using Data Loader and
ETL tools.
4. Deployment & DevOps
• Use Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset for deployment and version control.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot deployment issues.
5. Collaboration & Mentorship
• Work with Admins, Business Analysts, and Architects to understand requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Document development processes, best practices, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware tools).
• Proficiency in Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Git, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are a plus.
