About the Role
Job Description: Quality Analyst
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
Review and refine existing test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members to enhance their technical skills and expertise.
Analyse QA-related feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in QA, with expertise in both Manual and Automation testing.
Strong proficiency in test case creation, execution, and review.
Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven track record of guiding and mentoring junior team members.
