Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Frontend Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SFCC frontend development, UI implementation, and integrating frontend components with backend services to build engaging eCommerce experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and enhance SFCC frontend components using ISML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
Implement and maintain reusable components and modules for a scalable codebase.
Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Work with SFCC Business Manager for content slots, promotions, A/B testing, and page configurations.
Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsiveness across multiple devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
Integrate 3rd party APIs and services as required.
Debug and troubleshoot UI issues and provide timely fixes.
Stay updated with SFCC platform updates and frontend best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ISML templates.
Familiar with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) and cartridge-based development.
Understanding of eCommerce features like checkout flows, product display pages (PDP), and category pages (PLP).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Familiarity with tools like Git, JIRA, and Bitbucket.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with Node.js, Webpack, or other modern frontend build tools.
Knowledge of Headless Commerce or Progressive Web Apps (PWA) in the SFCC ecosystem.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
