About the Role
Job Title: Non-Profit Cloud Lead Developer
Location: Remote as well as Bengaluru (base location)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST
Experience Required: 7+ years (including 3+ successful implementations of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for fundraising)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Salesforce Developer specializing in Nonprofit Cloud to drive the design and implementation of fundraising solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in nonprofit fundraising operations and a robust technical skillset to deliver scalable, donor-centric Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Solutions Design & Implementation: Lead the design and development of fundraising capabilities on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud in line with nonprofit goals.
Data Modeling: Create and manage data models for various donation types including one-time, recurring, major gifts, and in-kind contributions.
Workflow Automation: Automate donor journeys and communications using Flows, Process Builder, or Apex to streamline engagement and back-office functions.
Third-Party Integrations: Integrate with platforms like Classy, Give Lively, Stripe, PayPal, and Donorbox using REST APIs or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, marketing, and finance teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational strategies.
Data Migration & Deduplication: Lead migration and cleanup efforts during transitions, consolidations, or system upgrades.
Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and KPIs for donor retention, campaign ROI, LYBUNT/SYBUNT analysis, and more.
