Job Description: Full-Stack Engineer (React + Node.js + SQL/MongoDB)
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (Hands-on project experience is a must)
Location: Onsite (First three to six month will be remote)
Budget: Up to ₹35,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to real-time, scalable projects for diverse clients.
Role Overview
The Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for building robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, and managing database operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Build scalable back-end services using Node.js or Express.js
Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and SQL
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and project managers to meet development goals
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Debug and resolve performance issues in deployed applications
Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
Required Skills & Experience
6 months to 1 year of real-world or project-based experience
Proficiency in:
Front-end: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Back-end: Node.js or Express.js
Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, SQL
Understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred/Bonus Skills
Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Redux
Knowledge of Docker, DevOps, or cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase)
Experience in building admin panels, dashboards, or CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on experience and skillset)
Performance-based incentives and project bonuses
