Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Blockchain Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions to drive [specific goals, e.g., secure transactions, decentralised applications, or smart contract systems]. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient, and secure blockchain technologies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralised applications (DApps).
· Implement cryptographic techniques to ensure data security and integrity.
· Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
· Test, debug, and optimize blockchain networks for performance and scalability.
· Stay updated on emerging blockchain trends, tools, and frameworks.
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML/KYC where applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· years of experience in blockchain development or software engineering.
· Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
· Strong knowledge of smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
· Experience with cryptographic algorithms (e.g., SHA-256, ECDSA) and consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS).
· Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or C++.
· Understanding of decentralised systems, tokenomics, and Web3 technologies.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge NFT development, DeFi protocols, or cross-chain interoperability.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
· Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
· Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) for DApp development.
