Core Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent support for applications across their lifecycle, using DT-approved tools and methodologies.
Handle and resolve incidents and service tickets within the agreed SLAs, including appropriate escalation and routing.
Ensure changes to code and database are applied to production environments only after thorough UAT and formal DT approval.
Conduct various types of testing—functional, peer-to-peer—following DT's standard testing practices and templates.
Document and track issues using the Issue Tracker or Problem Management tool until a complete resolution or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) is in place.
Secure DT Owner approval for all fixes before moving them into production.
Drive enhancements and improvements as per DT priorities and ensure timely delivery.
Carry out security scans like SAST and DAST as requested, submit vulnerability reports to the DT SPOC, and follow up on remediation.
Monitor and report on performance metrics to DT leaders regularly.
Continuously update the knowledge base with resolutions for faster troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing applications after DT's sign-off.
Support planned maintenance or outages, including during off-hours when necessary.
Perform monthly root cause analyses on recurring issues and propose long-term preventive actions.
Execute preventive measures upon approval and within timelines.
Develop application features or enhancements in line with DT’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Only eligible personnel should support applications classified under Export Control (EC).
Build and maintain application integrations and interfaces.
