What will you do?
Design and develop robust, scalable back-end services using Sails.js, Next.js using TypeScript
Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using Next.js
Implement and optimize messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Bull, or similar) to support asynchronous, event-driven architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to gather requirements, deliver new features, and enhance existing products
Ensure quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
Maintain clean, well-organized, and well-tested code following best practices
Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security
Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the engineering team

What are we looking for?
5+ years of professional software development experience, with a solid track record of shipping production applications
Expert in TypeScript and JavaScript with a deep understanding of their ecosystems
Hands-on experience with Sails.js (or similar Node.js frameworks) for back-end development
Production experience with Next.js for front-end development (including SSR, static site generation, and Next.js best practices)
Strong experience with messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed or on-site team
Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions
We are looking for candidates with an academic background from leading engineering institutions such as IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, VIT, MIT (India), or other reputed universities.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with GraphQL (designing and/or consuming APIs)
Experience with React ecosystem tools (Redux, React Hooks, etc.)
Knowledge of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.)
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or similar
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio
