About the Role
Android Engineer I Gurugram, Haryana – Engineering /Full-Time

We are looking for an Experienced Android Developer to empower millions of people across the globe by helping them connect and share their goods and services.
What You will be doing :
● Take the ownership of android app quality, user experience, and security Design, build, and test
product features and components, while working with our Product and UX teams to ensure that
the product we build is delightful to use.
● You are expected to help maintain and improve our automated test suite and CI pipeline.
● You will participate in code reviews and design reviews for building a robust and scalable product
that does not require rework.
Who we are looking for :
● A habitual Problem solver with strong understanding of computer science fundamentals,
including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies.
● 4 plus years of experience in android
● Be able to address issues fast and authoritatively.
● Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android along with Familiarity with
RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
● Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, Material design guidelines, patterns, and
best practices.
● Experience with offline storage, threading and performance tuning.
● Knowledge of the open-source Android components and the libraries available for common
tasks.
● Highly proficient in object oriented methodologies, design patterns, data structures,
algorithms and quality coding skills, excellent debugging skills.
