Role: Service Now Developer
Experience – 5+ years in Service Now Development
Location – Bangalore – Hybrid
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days only
Mandatory Skills required: ITSM, Integrations and CMDB
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore on a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow modules, with expertise in ITSM, Integrations, and CMDB.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work on ServiceNow modules including ITSM and CMDB.
Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
Maintain documentation related to system configuration and development activities.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
Strong understanding of ITSM modules and workflows.
Experience working with CMDB and related configuration items.
Proven expertise in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
