In this entry-level role, you will work hands-on with cloud infrastructure, networking, and system administration (both Linux and Windows environments). Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support cloud infrastructure services across various platforms.
Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Perform system administration tasks on Linux and Windows operating systems.
Handle client escalations and provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Technical
Skills:
o Strong understanding of Networking fundamentals.
o Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration.
o Familiarity with cloud technologies (experience with any major cloud provider is beneficial).
Certification: Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Additional Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
