Join us as the Frontend Developer for Naviators, an AI-powered Talent Scout platform helping employers automate sourcing and screening. You'll build intuitive, beautiful, and highly responsive UIs using React/Next.js, while collaborating with backend, AI, and product teams.
✅ Responsibilities
Develop new features and interfaces in Next.js + TailwindCSS
Build high-conversion workflows like job posting, talent campaign setup, screening dashboards
Consume REST APIs built on Django backend
Implement SSR/SSG for SEO-optimized job listings and public pages
Handle state management using React Query and custom hooks
Design responsive layouts using modern component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui, Headless UI)
Implement analytics dashboards, smart filters, and UX flows for AI output reviews
Collaborate on micro animations, UX interactions, and performance improvements
Help manage frontend builds via DigitalOcean App Platform or Vercel
🧠 Bonus Skills
Understanding of AI data flow: how frontend works with GPT-4/AI-generated content
Familiarity with TypeScript (or willingness to adopt)
Prior work with resume builders, assessments, or dynamic dashboards
Experience working with real-time data or search-heavy interfaces
