About the Role
Responsibilities:
LLM Model Customization & Implementation Customize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to address specific business and functional requirements. Design and implement LLM integrations to optimize business workflows and support various functional areas, ensuring high-quality and relevant outputs. Conduct regular assessments to maintain alignment with organizational goals and security standards, preventing any unintended exposure to external networks.
AI Code Tools & Prompt Engineering Utilize advanced AI code tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor and other emerging solutions to enhance development efficiency and model reliability. Provide expertise in prompt engineering to optimize LLM responses and ensure alignment with desired business outcomes. Train and mentor team members on best practices in AI Code Tool utilization and prompt engineering techniques.
Secure LLM Integration Implement LLM models with a robust focus on security, ensuring that all integrations are restricted to internal use only and adhere to organizational data privacy policies. Collaborate with the security team to regularly audit and review model implementations, ensuring that they meet industry standards and organizational security protocols.
Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product development, and IT security, to create cohesive, scalable solutions. Stay updated on advancements in LLM technologies and AI code tools, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and integration within the organization.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement Document model customization processes, best practices, and security protocols for future reference. Contribute to the organization’s AI/ML knowledge base by developing playbooks, guides, and frameworks to streamline future LLM integration projects.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and customizing them for business-specific use cases.
Proficient in AI code tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and more.
Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt optimization for effective LLM outputs.
Strong understanding of security principles, specifically concerning LLM implementation and internal data protection.
