About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing end-to-end web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can own modules, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and APIs.
Architect scalable and secure backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver features on time.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for coding and documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Mentor and support junior developers as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Solid experience with React.js, Redux (or similar state management), and component-based UI development.
Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress.
Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket-based architectures.
