About the Role - We are looking for a highly qualified Senior AI Engineer with strong practical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model deployment. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in building and scaling AI systems from prototype to production, with a strong understanding of data pipelines, model optimization, and real world AI applications
Responsibilities -
Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models in production environments.
Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate AI into scalable products.
Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and efficiency (including quantization, pruning, and model distillation)
Build robust MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
Work with structured and unstructured data (images, text, audio, video)
Implement LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines when applicable.
Stay current with emerging AI tools, libraries, and industry best practices.
Qualifications - Education details
Required Skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning / deep learning.
• Expert proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikitlearn, etc.)
.• Strong understanding of modern ML/AI architectures, including transformers, CNNs, RNNs, etc.
• Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
.• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and APIs
.• Strong knowledge of data engineering tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.).
• Experience working with vector databases and semantic search (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with LLMs and tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with real-time inference or edge AI deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker. • Strong Git and DevOps discipline. • Participation in AI hackathons, open-source projects, or Kaggle competitions
