About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to join our team for a full-time opportunity based in Kochi or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and architecture with a deep understanding of business processes, preferably in retail and real estate domains. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce technical architecture, development, and integration efforts.
Work independently to deliver robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build and maintain complex Apex triggers, batch classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure best practices in data security, sharing model configuration, and performance tuning.
Guide and mentor junior developers on the team.
Engage in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes), Batch Apex, LWC, and Integration patterns.
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Must have retail industry experience; real estate experience is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Solid understanding of Salesforce sharing models and security architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates with Salesforce Architect background will be considered favorably.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect)
Prior experience working with real estate or large-scale B2C projects
