Job Title: Java API Framework Developer
Location: Pune
Experience: 8+ years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Candidates with more than 30 days’ notice will not be considered)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Java API Framework Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance API frameworks.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API Gateway solutions while ensuring best coding and architectural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust API frameworks to support enterprise applications.
Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with efficient request handling and performance optimization.
Work with Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Develop and enforce API security standards, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability through best practices.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to build reusable API components.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and ensure API compliance.
Monitor API performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.
Stay updated with latest API technologies and trends to drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Java development, focusing on API framework design.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development.
Experience in API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, etc.).
Proficiency in OAuth2, JWT, and other security mechanisms for API authentication.
Hands-on experience with database integrations (SQL/NoSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
Experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
Understanding of API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
