About the Role
3 to 5 years of experience in Data Warehousing / BI Testing using any ETL Tools.
Develop and execute test cases for ETL processes, both manual and automated in Azure Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse.
Experience in writing test cases, test summary and test plan.
Understand and Validation of data for all the layers from Source to Target.
Extensive experience in writing and troubleshooting SQL Queries.
Test data integration and flow between various sources, including SQL databases and Power BI.
Exposure to Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modelling Concepts.
Experience in understanding ETL Source to Target Mapping Document.
Experience in data validation using analytics tools.
Hands-on experience and strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Identify and report data quality issues, working with developers to resolve them and ensure data pipeline efficiency.
Understanding the business requirements to formulate the problems to solve and restrict the slice of data to be explored.
Experience in defect tracking tools like Jira, Rally, HP-ALM.
Good knowledge on testing concepts on regression, Integration and production checkout activities.
Strong communication skills is a must.
Preferred domain experience in Sales and Profitability reporting.
