Design & Analyze: Transform raw data into powerful BI and Advanced Analytics datasets.
Data Engineering: Build and maintain robust data pipelines, data marts, and data solutions.
Migration & Optimization: Lead data migrations, enhance data quality, and ensure platform reliability.
Innovation: Develop prototypes, explore new data sources, and champion data engineering best practices.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years in data engineering, preferably in the financial industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AWS (RDS, Fargate, Glue) and Snowflake (SnowPro Core Certified)
Strong coding skills in Java and/or Python
Hands-on with ETL tools, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL
Certifications:
AWS Data Engineer Specialty or AWS Solution Architect Associate
Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification
Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
