Following their acquisition of LearningMate in 2020, our partner has expanded into a full-spectrum technology provider for K-12 and higher education, digital publishers, and specialized industries such as finance, legal, logistics, life sciences, and real estate.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM application.
Translate user needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and automation tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
Document processes, technical designs, and user guides for internal use.
Collaborate with international clients — strong communication skills are essential.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in ITSM or similar roles.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Strong experience with ServiceNow (including latest releases like Washington).
Demonstrated history of designing and delivering ITSM solutions.
ServiceNow certifications or equivalents (e.g., CompTIA A++) are a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for working with international clients.
