About the Role
Summary of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior/Principal Developer or Technical Lead with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about LLMs, Agentic AI, MLOps, and enterprise AI transformation.
What you will do
:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications using LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc
.Develop intelligent agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX) to build AI-first solutions for enterprise use cases
.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and set best practices for scalable Gen AI development
.Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI/ML, multimodal models, and agent-based systems and incorporate best practices
.Optimize inference pipelines for performance, cost, and safety
.Design reusable components, APIs, and services for AI integration
.Participate in customer discussions, demos, and product roadmap planning
