Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Engineer based in Indri. The SAP Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP systems to ensure optimal operation. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and technical support for SAP Business One users.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system errors within SAP Business One.
Support end-users by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure smooth system functioning post-deployment/setup.
Train end-users on SAP Business One functionalities and best practices.
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and support guides.
Skills Required:
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members.
Keen interest in learning new skills and emerging technologies.
Understanding of SAP Business One architecture and modules is a plus
