About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CSM Developer to design, develop, and implement customer success management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with CSM platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or Salesforce Service Cloud, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through technology.

Key Requirements:
Total Experience: 7+ years in IT with a strong development background.
ServiceNow CSM Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in CSM module integrations and end-to-end implementations.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Experience with workflows, scripting, business rules, and integration tools/APIs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience developing or customizing CSM platforms (Gainsight, Totango, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Apex
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications in relevant CSM platforms (e.g., Gainsight Administrator) are a plus
