Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend, with expertise in MongoDB and Redis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading development teams, architecting solutions, and delivering robust software in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using ReactJS and .NET Core.
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions integrating MongoDB (NoSQL) and Redis (in-memory data store).
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members, enforcing coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee integration of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, code, and processes.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with a focus on .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS, Redux/Flux).
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core.
• Proficiency with MongoDB for NoSQL database design, data modeling, and queries.
• Experience integrating and optimizing Redis for caching and performance enhancement.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with GCP and deploying distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
• Experience with additional frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality measurement tools.
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) or Big Data certifications are advantageous.
