Job Title: Windchill PLM Developer
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill PLM Developer to join our team in Pune. This role requires a deep understanding of the Windchill PLM environment, focusing on application configuration, customisation, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and a proven track record of working with complex PLM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Windchill PLM environment to meet business requirements.
Configure and customise PTC Windchill PDMLink, including Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine Task.
Engage in MPMLink configuration and the management of Options & Variants.
Understand and implement change management data models effectively.
Develop and maintain Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and XML-based applications.
Utilise Oracle Database skills to write and optimise SQL scripts for project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the integration of new features.
Provide technical support and guidance during the design and implementation phases to ensure best practices in PLM development are followed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Windchill PLM application configuration, customisation, and implementation.
Strong experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, including detailed work with Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine Task customisation.
Proficient in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and XML.
Experience with Oracle Database and SQL scripting.
Knowledge of MPMLink and Options & Variants is highly desirable.
Familiarity with web technologies like Ajax, Bootstrap, and jQuery is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of technology users and management.
