Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Developer located in Jaipur. The Shopify Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality Shopify websites, creating custom Shopify themes, and modifying existing templates. Daily tasks include designing cohesive and visually appealing front-end features, ensuring system integrations, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the user experience. Collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams to align the website interface with business branding and marketing strategies is also part of the role.
Qualifications
Experience with Shopify development, including creating custom themes and modifying existing templates
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and liquid templating language
Recognized Shopify expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Shopify theme and app development.
Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid and building custom, dynamic templates, including alternative product templates based on user source, intent, or campaign logic.
Proficient in Shopify APIs (Storefront API, Admin API), GraphQL, and custom app development.
Experience developing both Shopify native and Recharge-based subscriptions, including hybrid flows and gift logic.
Deep understanding of Shopify Metafields for flexible and scalable content structures.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a mobile-first approach and a focus on responsive, high-performance interfaces.
Hands-on experience using Git and working within version-controlled environments.
Proven debugging, QA, and performance optimisation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with experience working in cross-functional teams.
