Job Description:
Our client, headquartered in the USA with offices globally is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Developer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS, and a proven ability to develop scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from conception to deployment, while also mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
· Analyze, design, develop, code, and implement robust Big Data and web-based applications
· Build and support applications with strong knowledge of system integration, testing, scripting, and troubleshooting
· Oversee full project lifecycle from ideation through delivery
· Assess performance and health of software applications and databases
· Define and develop new features and enhancements, and maintain legacy applications
· Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using modern UI frameworks
· Collaborate with analytics, data science, and product teams to drive innovative solutions
· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions
· Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality front-end components
· Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and root cause analysis
· Implement and manage testing platforms and unit test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest)
· Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
· Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Jenkins
What You Know:
ReactJS: Thorough understanding including core principles, Hooks, Saga/Thunk
NodeJS: Proficient in backend development, RESTful services, and web frameworks like Express/NestJS
MongoDB: Experience in schema design and working with large datasets
AWS: Hands-on experience with AWS services for application deployment and scalability
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ECMAScript standards
Experience with modern frontend tools such as Babel, Webpack, Vite, etc.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS/Less and bundlers like Webpack, Parcel, or Rollup
Frontend frameworks: React (preferred), Angular, or Vue
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
Version control with Git
Understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
