About the Role
AI Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, India (Full-time)
At AhinsaAI, we’re building a trusted foundation for enterprise AI - governed, ethical, and aligned. Our platform delivers loyal AI solutions designed with consent, transparency, and institutional oversight at their core. We’re seeking an AI Engineer to help scale our solution ecosystem and governance infrastructure across industries that demand trust.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development: Build ethical AI solutions capable of reasoning and acting within institutional governance frameworks.
Data & Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data pipelines and ML systems.
Model Optimization: Fine-tune LLMs and reinforcement learning models to enhance performance, safety, and alignment.
Governance Integration: Collaborate with policy and protocol teams to embed value-aligned logic into AI behavior.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Work across product, compliance, blockchain, and platform teams to launch enterprise-ready AI features.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML model development (NLP, multi-agent, RL preferred).
Tech Stack: Strong Python skills with PyTorch/TensorFlow; bonus: Hugging Face, LangChain.
Cloud & Scale: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and scalable, modular architectures.
Mindset: Passion for ethical AI, familiarity with alignment, interpretability, and privacy tech (e.g., differential privacy, federated learning).
Team Fit: Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
