We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and lead the development of core models to help reach our goals.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and train ML models that generate optimized outputs
• Build cost estimation algorithms incorporating variables with data training
• Work with data to extract meaningful patterns and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and software engineers to integrate ML models into the end-user platform.
• Continuously refine models using user feedback, new data, and data fluctuations.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and training datasets for model scalability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, preferably with a focus on spatial modeling, generative images, or recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs) or spatial optimization algorithms is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of CAD or blueprint formats (like DXF or SVG) and parsing them for model inputs is a plus.
• Familiarity with cost estimation principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
