About the Role
We are looking for Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an innovative individual proficient in JavaScript and ReactJS to create and maintain high-performance, pixel-perfect web applications. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional user experiences by collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive UIs for web applications.
Leverage modern frontend technologies to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
Diagnose and resolve UI/UX performance bottlenecks and bugs for optimal functionality.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.
Maintain clean, maintainable code and write unit tests to uphold the highest quality standards.
Implement optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code-splitting, and performance profiling.
Address performance issues, including memory leaks and unnecessary re-renders.
Develop custom UI components with attention to animations and interaction details.
Research, evaluate, and adopt new tools, libraries, and best practices in the ReactJS ecosystem.
Ensure code quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in frontend development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS for frontend development.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery for building responsive designs.
Knowledge of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards for effective frontend development.
Hands-on experience with REST API integration for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
Experience in developing complex UI components and handling large datasets.
Proficiency in frontend performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code-splitting, and caching.
Experience using debugging tools like React Dev Tools and browser developer tools.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
