Role Overview
We are hiring a WordPress Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience, particularly with Elementor, WPBakery, and Figma-to-WordPress conversion. The ideal candidate is passionate about building sleek, high-performance websites that are true to the original design, fully responsive, and optimized for performance
and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor, WPBakery, and other modern tools.
Accurately convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites, ensuring pixel-perfect precision.
Ensure website responsiveness, mobile optimization, and consistent cross-browser compatibility.
Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and support website migrations and performance tuning.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to translate business goals into digital experiences.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Stay informed on the latest trends, plugins, and techniques in WordPress development.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
2+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
Strong command over Elementor, WPBakery, WordPress CMS, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Proven expertise in converting Figma designs to WordPress with 100% design accuracy.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and experience with SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.).
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and teamwork skills.
