Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at ReZ, you will play a critical role in developing, launching, and scaling our web application (Phase 1) and mobile app (Phase 2). You will work closely with the product team, designers, and marketing to bring the ReZ vision to life.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the ReZ web app (user-side) and admin dashboards.
• Build intuitive, high-performance mobile apps (React Native or Flutter preferred).
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and feature rollouts.
• Integrate payment gateways, loyalty systems, booking services, and user wallets.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for backend services.
• Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate APIs for merchant onboarding, offer management, and real-time cashback processing.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute to product decisions.

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong skills in ReactJS / Next.js and either Node.js / Django / Laravel for backend.
• Experience building and launching mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, MongoDB / PostgreSQL, AWS services.
• Strong fundamentals in UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with payment integration, wallets, or cashback platforms is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of building scalable SaaS or marketplace platforms is preferred.
• Self-driven, problem solver, entrepreneurial spirit.

• Familiarity with gamification mechanics (streaks, loyalty programs, coins).
• Prior experience in FinTech, Rewards, Booking apps, or e-commerce.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
