We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Service Portal/UI Builder Developers to enhance user experience and design intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills and expertise in ServiceNow's Service Portal and UI Builder.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom Service Portal pages and widgets.
Utilize ServiceNow UI Builder to create modern and responsive user interfaces.
Implement user-centered design principles to improve usability.
Customize Service Portal themes and branding.
Develop and maintain client-side scripting and UI components.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.
Work with stakeholders to gather UI/UX requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder.
Experience in designing and developing responsive user interfaces.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
