Role: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
Employment mode: Fulltime
work mode: Completely Work From Office
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Note: Morning 6AM shift (APAC based project). Must come to office and work.
Notice period: Looking for Immediate Joiners


Responsibilities:
• Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party apps
• Collaborate with business teams to implement service solutions
• Ensure system optimization and continuous improvement


Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning components
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and development tools
• Admin experience is a plus
