Ciklum is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

As a Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow, working for A healthcare technology company that provides platforms and solutions to improve the management and access of cost-effective pharmacy benefits.
Our technology helps enterprise and partnership clients simplify their businesses and helps consumers save on prescriptions. Responsibilities:
Analyzes and refines functional requirements
Designs, reviews, and maintains QA documentation (such as Checklists, Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Reports, etc.) following QA best practices and principles
Performs functional and non-functional testing. Analyzes results and testing outcomes
Participates in the team's activities according to the methodology used (daily, planning, retrospective meetings, etc). Estimates own scope for testing under supervision
Efficiently uses Test Management and Bug Tracker tools, follows testing standards and team-agreed rules

Software Testing:
Practical experience in functional and non-functional testing types
Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and creation of Requirements Traceability Matrix
Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining test cases/checklists, bug reports, and test reports using different techniques and best practices
Technologies and Tools:
Background in creating simple API requests, understanding responses, and working with REST/SOAP APIs
Prior record in creating simple SQL queries
Strong grasp of established debugging tools (e.g. DevTools), Bug Tracking, and Test Management tools
SDLC:
Participating in all meetings according to the product methodology (such as daily meetings, planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Familiar with one task estimation technique and prioritization framework
Desirable:
US Healthcare experience is preferred (not mandatory)
Software Testing:
Practical experience with basic functions of the CI/CD tool
Mobile projects: Practical experience with mobile testing types, Mobile App Distribution, and debugging proxy tools
Automation projects: Ability to select and create test cases for automation. Ability to analyze the automation test report
QA test automation using Selenium
