Role Description
This is an immediate hiring for a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Flutter Developer. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the design and back-end teams to implement features, debug and optimize code, and ensure the application meets performance and user experience standards. Additionally, the developer will participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain a high-performance ride-hailing mobile app using Flutter (Android & iOS).
Integrate real-time location tracking, driver/rider matching, booking flows, fare calculation, and digital payments.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and business teams to deliver a seamless product.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Test, debug, and optimize performance across multiple devices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong portfolio or experience in ride-hailing / mobility / logistics platforms.
Familiarity with Firebase, Google Maps APIs, Socket.IO/WebSockets, and REST APIs.
Solid understanding of state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and offline capabilities.
Prior experience with driver-passenger matching, route optimization, or live tracking is a big plus.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Flutter Web/Desktop.
Knowledge of payment gateway integrations.
Understanding of backend systems (Node.js, MongoDB, or Firebase).
