Job Title: React Native Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technologies and be proficient in building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications: Design and implement user-friendly, robust, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize Performance: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications by identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.
Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality. Ensure that all development work follows best practices, industry standards, and the latest technological trends.
Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architecture designs, technical specifications, and API documentation.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in React Native development.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
Solid understanding of the mobile app development life cycle.
Experience with the React Native framework and its ecosystem.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with modern front-end pipelines and tools.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Additional Skills:
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of CI/CD processes.
