About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Must have experience in creating plugin
Write clean, efficient, and reusable PHP code following best practices.
Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
Optimize database structures and queries for maximum performance.
Develop and implement APIs for seamless data exchange.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure application stability and security.
Oversee deployment processes and provide post-deployment support.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
Regularly update applications to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PHP with 3+ years of hands-on experience and must be open to work on WordPress, WebFlow and other CMS.
Must have experience in working with ACF.
Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
Solid knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js).
Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party API integrations.
Must have experience with version control systems (Git).
Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit.
Must know CMS like WordPress, WebFlow, etc.
Have previously created plugins
Have worked on custom themes
Have worked on ACF
