Company profile:
The department of Pension Pensioners' Welfare is the nodal department for formulation of policies relating to pension & other retirement benefits of Central Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners. It also serves as a forum for redress of Pensioners' Grievances

Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using .Net Core and MVC.
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
•
Design scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions.
•
Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
•
Manage Postgres Database, including complex queries and performance tuning.
•
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
•
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
•
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
•
Well versed with PostgreSQL Database

Required Skills:
•
Extensive experience with .Net Core and MVC frameworks.
•
Proficient in Postgres Database and query optimization.
•
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
•
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
•
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
•
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
•
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
