Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Research Scientist at PilottAI. The Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge AI research, developing and optimizing multi-agent systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into our products. Day-to-day tasks include designing experiments, analyzing data, publishing research papers, and presenting findings at conferences. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
Experience in AI and machine learning algorithms, model development, and optimization
Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong background in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct independent research
Good communication skills for presenting research findings and collaborating with teams
Ability to work independently and remotely
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
Experience with multi-agent systems and distributed computing is a plus
