About the Position:
Statcon Electronics India Limited is seeking a technically proficient and process-oriented ERPNext Specialist/ ERPNext Consultant to develop, manage, customize, and enhance the ERPNext system across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, integration, support, and development of ERPNext modules tailored to business requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure ERPNext modules based on company-specific business processes (such as Production, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and HR).
Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze process requirements and translate them into ERPNext workflows.
Develop custom scripts, print formats, reports, and integrations using Frappe Framework and Python.
Monitor ERPNext system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Resolve ERPNext-related technical issues, bugs, or functional errors promptly.
Implement role-based access control and ensure data security within the system.
Train users across departments on ERPNext functionalities, modules, and best practices.
Manage data import/export, backup schedules, and system updates.
Generate customized dashboards and analytical reports to aid in business decision-making.
Liaise with the Frappe/ERPNext community or vendors for complex requirements or upgrades.
Document system architecture, configurations, workflows, and changes implemented.
Ensure system compliance with internal policies and external audit standards.
Support automation of manual processes and drive digital transformation using ERPNext.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience working on ERPNext implementation, customization, or support.
Strong working knowledge of ERPNext architecture, Frappe framework, and Doctype management.
Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Have basic knowledge of Linux server distribution like CentreOS etc.
Have basic knowledge of data manipulation software like Excel, Power BI etc.
Experience in Git version control, REST API integrations, and database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
Deep understanding of business functions in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain domains.
Familiarity with Linux server environments and ERPNext deployment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across functional teams.
Excellent documentation, training, and communication abilities.
